Our Visit
We went on a short walk to Boba Joy Tea Shop to try some of their cold drinks for a warm mid afternoon treat. I had noticed this place several times, because it’s in the same shopping center as our neighborhood grocery store. I personally find boba to be a fun added texture to a drink. Even though I am the only one in the family who likes boba, this shop offers a variety of drinks to quench everyone’s thirst.
Here are some reasons why we liked it.
- Service is friendly and orders are delivered timely.
- The shop is clean with nice modern decor.
- There’s a variety of different drink choices with or without boba.
- They offer both hot and cold drinks.
- The size of the drink you order is satisfying.
Details We Discovered
- There’s one bathroom for both genders.
- There’s no music playing, so the environment is quiet.
- The drinks are served in a reusable cup with a cover to prevent spills.
- Plenty of outlets for bringing your computer to work.
- The Shop seats up to 36 people.
- They are currently offering a special, buy 2 drinks and get one Oolong Tea free.

Final Thoughts
The kids and I recommend trying Boba Joy Tea Shop. My husband, on the other hand, thought it was okay. Maybe it was the drink he chose or the fact that he craves soda over other drinks. Either way, we still enjoyed our time and trying something new. Whether you like boba or not, I feel there’s a drink for everyone here.
